Dr. Ronell S. Pugh is the visionary founder and passionate leader of The Growth Place Ministries. With over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur, sales professional, and ministry leader, he has a deep understanding of the unique challenges that business leaders face. His career has been marked by a strong commitment to merging Christian values with practical business strategies, helping individuals achieve success not just in their careers, but in their faith and personal growth. As an ordained elder and licensed minister, his spiritual leadership is supported by his academic achievements, including a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Biola University, an MBA from the University of Redlands, and a Ph.D. in International Psychology with an emphasis on Organizations and Systems from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Dr. Pugh’s leadership extends beyond his role at The Growth Place Ministries. He is the founder of Kingdom Economic Development Corporation and the principal of Kingdom Capital, where he has demonstrated exceptional expertise in fostering economic empowerment and community development. He also serves as an adjunct professor of marketing at Kentucky State University, sharing his wealth of knowledge in business and marketing with students. Dr. Pugh’s certifications as a FastTrac and NxLevel Entrepreneur Facilitator further highlight his dedication to equipping entrepreneurs with the tools they need for success.
