After years of experience as an entrepreneur, sales professional, and ministry leader, Dr. Ronell S. Pugh recognized a critical gap in the marketplace—entrepreneurs and sales professionals often struggled to find spaces where they could nurture their spiritual growth while pursuing their business goals. With this realization, Dr. Pugh set out to create a place where individuals could develop holistically, blending their faith with their professional journey in a way that led to lasting success.
